We are hiring a Product & Sales Support Executive to be based in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Roles and Responsibilities of Product & Sales Support Executive

  • Perform order creation, entry, and tracking till fulfilment
  • Assist in preparing, tracking and filing of documents and agreements
  • Tracking quotations from sales/commercial team, and offers from providers/suppliers
  • Provide any necessary data or reports to the Product and Sales team or as requested
  • Update and maintain records/ master list, including tracking of suppliers, sales and customers
  • Arrange appointments with prospects and customers
  • Ensure daily tasks are being planned, scheduled and executed efficiently
  • Assist to coordinate with regional teams
  • Carry out general administrative support work
  • To help with other miscellaneous and ad-hoc duties as assigned by HODs

Requirements:

  • Diploma and above, minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in telecommunications industry will be an advantage
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Team player and able to work well inter-departments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Language skills: Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
