Responsibilities
- Identify sales leads and generate sales through various channels.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of the products or services offered.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients .
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress towards targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance, preferably in the financial industry.
- Familiarity with SMEs and awareness of the latest financial sector dynamics will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills (English & Malay).
- Strong presentation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills .
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Able to work independently with low supervision and minimum guidance.
- Positive attitude and perseverance in the face of rejection or setbacks.
- Mandarin Speaker is added advantage
