Responsibilities

  • Identify sales leads and generate sales through various channels.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of the products or services offered.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients .
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress towards targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Familiarity with SMEs and awareness of the latest financial sector dynamics will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills (English & Malay).
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills .
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Able to work independently with low supervision and minimum guidance.
  • Positive attitude and perseverance in the face of rejection or setbacks.
