Job Description
- Help qualified & licensed accountants to manage a portfolio of clients, reporting directly to one of the Partners.
- Client business bookkeeping (Bank reconciliation, create journals and generate financial reports)
- Payroll preparation
- Liaising with clients and third parties (i.e: Australian Tax Office and ASIC)
Requirement
- Diploma in any discipline and/or a professional accounting qualification such as the ICAEW / ACCA /MICPA-CAANZ / CPA Australia
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Accurate, logical and attention to details
- Initiative, self-motivation and ability to resolve problems
- Able to work according to Victoria, Australia Holiday and follow Victoria’s Time Zone
- Knowledge in Australian Tax and Australian business Structure (Advantage)
- Work experience (Advantage)
- Knowledge in Handisoft (Access Products) and/or Xero would be an advantage.
