  • Perform variety of employment related functions to ensure employee compliance with company policies and ensure the company compliance with employment law
  • Handling payroll and perform monthly payroll preparation, overtime claim and ensure it is done accurately and on time
  • Maintaining employees’ leaves, medical, attendance record, performance appraisal and report to immediate superior and Director
  • Staffs disciplinary, misconduct investigation and grievance handling
  • Responsible in full cycle of recruitment process including job advertising, involve in screening, interviewing candidates, conducting reference check if required and on boarding process
  • Responsible in off boarding process including exit questionnaire, handover of company properties, and preparing acceptance of resignation letter
  • Draft and update of documents such as HR related documents and maintain proper filing
  • Responsible in executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments and maintaining employee’s database up to date
  • Organizing and leading staff activities to foster good working relationship among employees.
  • Responsible in monitoring company’s properties
  • Implementing and monitoring HR policies, procedures and practices
  • Liaise with external parties such as Government agencies, banking institutions and vendors on HR related matters
  • Conduct training for staffs to follow SOP company
  • Handling outlets and audit outlets
  • Regularly check outlet CCTV
  • Responsible to manage staff hostel and utilities bill
  • Standby during weekend and public holiday for emergency matters
  • Any other duties as when required

Job Requirement:

  • The candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or any equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Strong background with recruitment experience is preferable
  • F & B background will be an added advantage
  • Possess own transport
  • Able to travel
  • Familiar with labour law
