Job description

Responsible for the daily management of the restaurant to meet and maintain Richeese Factory operations standards.

  • Accountable for achieving the set targets in-store operations KPI’s
  • Ensure sufficient staffing to meet the store operations requirements
  • Provide training and developing outlet team to meet operations requirements and career development plan.
  • Responsible for product management to meet the quality requirements as per Richeese Factory Malaysia standards.
  • Maintaining Richeese Factory Malaysia's brand image and standards in all brand contact points.
  • Managing the profitability of the restaurant and meeting all financial targets.
  • Developing and executing sales building activities / Local Store Marketing to meet the sales target.
  • Ensuring total customer satisfaction at each customer contact point.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in meeting all Richeese Factory Malaysia sanitation standards and local government requirements.
  • Ensure that store meeting the safety and security requirements as per Richeese Factory Malaysia standards and local government requirements.
  • To comply with all the admin and paperwork requirements.
  • Building high-performance team and creating a fun working environment.
  • Uphold all company policies and standards and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in F&B operations managerial / supervisory position.
  • Good technical or SOP knowledge.
  • Proven of upholding operations and company standards
