Production Planner (Location: Gelang Patah, Johor)

You will be working closely with Production Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, Engineering, PMC

• Production scheduling according to the PMC demand and the actual production capacity of the workshop, track the abnormal situation in production, materials status, and coordinate the relevant personnel to deal with the abnormal activities.

• Manage production order release, WIP & production inventory, material attrition status, and ensure the production inventory accuracy.

• Work closely with production supervisor / leader on the resource planning (internal / external) prior to order fulfillment

• Work closely with PMC on the delivery plan and execution, report abnormalities and recovery plan to ensure on time delivery.

• Follow up closely with production supervisor on the production status, productivity include input and output, production bottleneck to come out OT plan to ensure on time delivery.

• Responsible to provide daily report toward planning and production output data to review with PMC and production manager.

• Ensure key deliverable base on role, responsibilities and expection defined with the superior.

• Having experience in SAP operating

• Having experience with production planning and output tracking is preferred.

• Having experience in production build matrix planning and execution, in high mix low volume business model.
