Who are we looking for:

  • Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.

What do you do:

  • Assist accounting and administrative tasks that are given.
  • Ensure the Company operation are well managed
  • Cooperate and assist other different departments when required
  • Understand the nature of business and its accounting and operation tasks.
  • Assist senior on the full set of accounting - from invoice entry to PL and closing accounts and audit.
  • Process supplier payments and sundry payments.
  • Check outlet claims and process payment.
  • Assist seniors on HR process.
  • Process payroll for outlet staff every month.
  • Prepare HR letters such as Offer Letter, Warning Letter and etc.
  • Replenish HQ refreshments and stationery.
