Job Responsibilities

01) Maintains and updates Employee Data in HR systems according to standard operating procedures
02) Accountable for processing and maintaining employee employment life cycle which include new hire, confirmation and resignation / termination on time
03) Supports daily quality control of all transactional processes
04) Providing rapid, high quality and validated response/support to all HR related transactions and requests
05) Provide administrative support for HR daily function
06) To implement a procedure that ensures the problem does not occur again or recommends products or services to better meet employees' needs
07) Resolves inquiries and requests that are escalated through other support groups within HRSS
08) Proactively contributes to & drives process improvements within the team
09) Ensures compliance in line with Data Privacy and Protection guidelines and other relevant legislation
10) Supports the HR team with ad-hoc projects where needed
11) Supports other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

01) Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administrator or any equivalent
02) Energetic , dynamic and proficient in writing and communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
03) Strong follow up and analyzing skills
04) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people
