- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries.
- Handle Company driver for their routine work.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, training and seminar.
- Issue and raise CN and invoice.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and email.
- Handle all admin duties pertaining to the department.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U/Diploma in any field for the above positions.
- Fresh graduate are welcomed

- Able to communicate in English.
- Required skill(s): PC literate in Microsoft Office,
