Corporate Finance Manager

Job Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of statutory accounts for the Group.
• Prepare and coordinate announcement as per ACE Market Listing requirement.
• Engage in corporate exercise and diversification of business.
• To review, monitor and secure new financing for the Groups.
• Monitoring and analyzing project costing and Company's cash flow and produce financial reports or statements.
• To coordinate and compile Yearly Business Plan.
• Enforcing proper accounting methods and tax compliance.
• Assist in corporate governance, compliance and internal control for the Group.
• Budgeting, financial planning and forecasting.
• Coordinatio of annual report and AGM
• Liaise with internal and external parties (auditors, company secretarial, investment banker etc..)
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Job Requirements:-

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or professional qualification.
• At least 3 years of working experience in relative position.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, proactive and result-oriented.
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office and accounting software.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality, high organized and work well under pressure.
• Candidate with audit experience is encourage to apply.
