Job Responsibilities:
- Grow customer base and penetrate total customer value chain and organization.
- Increase the project pipelines within focus segment in his/her own territory.
- List out the basic function of this role that the employee bust be able to accomplish.
- Execute company strategy to gain orders from existing and potential customers.
- Identify opportunities in the market and work with commercial team to materialize the opportunity from inquiry to delivery.
- Enable distributor to promote products to sub-dealer and end customer.
- Provide feedback regarding Market situation to lead the reaction to dynamic market.
- Market communication to customer
- Basic product training to distributor and end customer
- Behavioral attributes the employee would need in order to be successful in such a role. I.E., detail oriented, leadership capabilities, etc.
- Strong ownership and entrepreneurship to work individually to accomplish the target
- Proactive to capture market opportunities.
- Teamwork spirit to work with whole team to make things happen
Job Requirements:
- Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline with min 5 years of sales and business development experiences.
- Proven sales experience in lighting industry
- Business travel required
- Project management capabilities
- Strong lighting product knowledge background
