What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinate international shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and international shipping requirements.
- Prepare and manage documentation like bills of lading and commercial invoices.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders and customs brokers for efficient transit of goods.
- Track shipments and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Source products and materials from international suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing for optimal terms.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and mitigate risks related to currency fluctuations and shipping delays.
- Analyze shipping costs and implement strategies for cost optimization and supply chain efficiency.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
- At least 2+ years of experience in import/export logistics, procurement, or international trade.
