  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Property Sales Manager

  • Based in Klang Sales Office

Job responsibilities

  • Attend to all sales enquiries and outdoor sales promotions
  • To create and retain customers for the Company
  • To lock in sales
  • Must posses own transport
  • Able to start immediately
  • Oversee Company’s Sales Department, sales galleries, sales staff and appointed sales agents.
  • Keep sales staff and sales agents motivated to close sales. Set weekly, monthly, and annual goals for sales staff and agents to work towards and track these goals by meeting with agents on a regular basis.

Qualifications required

  • Degree in Marketing or Business Studies
  • 3-5 years’ experience in property sales and marketing
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin or any Chinese dialect will be an added advantage
  • Experienced with proven achievement in real estate sales and marketing and knowledgeable in real estate investment,
  • Pleasant personality, innovative and able to effectively motivate and drive sales team and agents to achieve Company’s sales target

Remuneration

  • Basic annual salary
  • Opportunity to earn sales incentives

Priority will be given to a candidate who can start work no later than 15th November 2024
