BASE MANAGER

Requirement: o Minimum 16 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry o Fluency in Vietnamese is required, as the Base Manager will work closely with the PetroVietnam Drilling Buyer and Logistics team at the headquarters in Vietnam. o Experience in Oil field equipment and spare parts. o Experience in Supply Chain Management including (Warehouse Management, Logistic, Inventory, Procurement, record system). o Industrial environment, offshore marine & drilling operations. o Experience in good understands about the software such as MAXIMO to run warehouse. o Experience in Deeply understand rig daily operation. OVERALL POSITION SUMARY To support Rig Manager, Operation Director in manage the level of equipment from Rig/ supplier/ HQ in warehouse with PVD Maximo system and others tasks given by Superior. This position, together Rig Manager, is responsible for managing and carrying out all phases of the drilling operation activities and ensuring strict adherence to the Company’s HSE rules and regulations by all personnel (company and contractor) working on the rig during assigned shift. Department: Drilling Operations Department Reports to (position title): • Operations Director • Rig Manager Key Job Functions 1. Responsibilities for making cargo manifest, supply equipment for rig; 2. Storing equipment and keep that at good condition; 3. Call out the goods from Base central in Head Quarter to top up KSB, ASB. Base inventory. 4. Raise the request to Commercial department to top up KSB, ASB. Base inventory. 5. Manage recording system including Maximo software, cataloger activities as well as input data control procedure. 6. Making equipment list every day to know which one need to order; 7. Guiding warehouse Personnel, responsible for warehouse and shipping documents; 8. Check all Lifting Equipment and ensure that Rigger maintains the Lifting Equipment Register up to date at all times, together with the valid certification and test reports, where relevant; and 9. Company’s Policy and Regulatory Compliance 10. Administration of various contracts (e.g. Drilling operations, labor supply, catering services, housing leases, yard rental lease, office lease, etc.) to ensure compliance with contract obligations and compliance with establish/recognized Company policies and procedures; 11. Ensures all regulatory documents, certificates, and inspections are maintained; and 12. Maintains system logs. 13. Related working experience
