Responsible to install and configure all ICT related and systems including computers, telephone and others.
Providing technical support and advice to all users.
Troubleshoot PAL network and PABX / Telephone device whenever requires.
Keep track PAL network assets, update IN and OUT asset movement.
Setting up new network user, username, password, email and close it within timeline, and terminate the unnecessary user.
To ensure that all user have good experience with ICT service support.
Establish and maintain SOP and WI that related to ICT including various application by various users.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Support to any ICT internal project or program and provide technical support facilities for the event if requires.
Keeps critical services such as desktop operating systems, security patches, email/Office365 tools, shared storage, collaboration tools, server, and data transfer services source control and similar running at peak
Stays current on new developments in IT
Manage inventory of computers, mobile devices, network equipment, , including tracking of purchased equipment and services
Confirm all meeting, teleconferences, travel arrangements
Responsible for the control, management, monitoring, and servicing of all shared services and infrastructure including structured operational reviews
Academic Qualification / Experience:
2 years working experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Have thorough knowledge to perform IT Helpdesk.
Able to grow, develop and manage strong operation team.
