Qualifications & experience
- Experience in F&B management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to make firm decisions under pressure.
- A team player with the ability to motivate and guide the staff.
- Outspoken, confident, and capable of addressing operational challenges.
- Basic knowledge of financials and inventory management is a plus.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all daily operations of the outlet.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
- Lead, motivate, and train team members to meet performance goals.
- Oversee inventory control and manage stock levels effectively.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
- Prepare staff rosters and manage attendance.
- Monitor financial performance and achieve sales targets.
