We are looking for a dynamic Creative Assistant Manager to support our creative team in executing innovative projects and campaigns. In this role, you will assist in managing creative processes, collaborating with team members, and ensuring that all projects align with brand standards and objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate original ideas and concepts for campaigns, advertising, and other creative projects. Planning and presenting design intent and visual story telling through both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Executing production for all Above & Below The Line activities, in-store branding, new product development, social media design, multimedia and digital and for company website.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to foster their growth.
  • Develop and produce appropriate graphic design artwork and ensure quality and consistency with brand standards.
  • Responsible for project status updates and effectively coordinating development of estimates, billings and vendor invoices within approved budgets. Participate in multiple, simultaneous projects and effectively communicate product status, issues and resolutions.
  • Assisting head of VBC department – Visual Brand & Communication in managing & coordinating day-to-day team operations of branding activities to ensure the design visuals are executed in a consistent and quality manner, ensuring high standards for design quality within budget, scope and timeline.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content, to create cohesive design strategies.
  • Proactively communicates with external department and leads meetings ensuring expectations, deadlines and budget are met.
  • Conceptualize design and execute engaging social media content (graphic, infographic, visual and etc.). Plan and manage social media activities such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and others for the brand.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma / Degree in Design, Advertising Creative Multimedia or equivalent is a must.
  • Strong Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work, including branding, digital design, and print materials.
  • 5+ years in design, preferably within relevant industries (e.g., Creative advertising films, In house designer or product design).
  • Experience in Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to lead design projects, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly proficient and experienced with editing video or graphic software.
  • Possesses creative and artistic skills and can tell a story through editing.
  • Must have strong time management and problem-solving skills and flexibility.
  • Highly self-motivated and have experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
