Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and ensure accurate and timely reporting on monthly, quarterly & yearly subsidiaries management accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of Group’s consolidated financial statements, audited financial statements, annual reports and quarterly reports in compliance with statutory listing requirement.
• Compilation of Group Budget and Forecast, performance monitoring and analysis reports.
• Review tax computation, quarterly revision, and submission of tax returns.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary bankerts and etc.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess at least a degree in accounting or a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA).

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial management is required.

• Strong analytical skills to assess financial data and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• In-depth knowledge of Bursa Malaysia regulations and Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRSs) is essential. Familiarity with taxation and compliance regulations is also important.

• Strong awareness of compliance standards and adept at time management to meet deadlines and handle workloads efficiently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required for preparing reports, presentations, and financial analysis.

• Must be fluent in English, Malay, and Chinese to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
