Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in key account management, sales or business development, preferably within FMCG industry.
  • Proven ability to support aggressive growth strategies and expand distribution channels.

Job Responsibilities:

Support the Assistant Key Account Manager

  • Assist the Assistant Key Account Manager in executing sales strategies and initiatives for pharmacy chains.
  • Provide insights, data analysis, and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with the Assistant Key Account Manager to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Drive Aggressive Growth

  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive aggressive growth within assigned pharmacy chains.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maximize revenue and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective promotional campaigns that boost sales.

Expand Distribution

  • Support efforts to increase product listings and distribution in new and existing pharmacy channels.
  • Work with the merchandising and supply chain teams to always ensure product availability and visibility.
  • Assist in negotiating and securing additional shelf space and promotional opportunities.

Innovative Thinking & Brand Differentiation

  • Contribute to brainstorming and implementing creative strategies that elevate brand presence within pharmacy chains.
  • Assist in developing and executing out-of-the-box in-store activations and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to propose innovative solutions for staying ahead of the competition.

Relationship Building & Key Account Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with pharmacy account stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular account visits and assist in managing account reviews to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Key Account Manager to develop and maintain effective long-term partnerships with key accounts.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with the marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to execute in-store promotions and ensure product availability.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of trade marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Act as a liaison between pharmacy accounts and internal teams to resolve any issues and maintain smooth operations.
