POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, SEM, and display advertising. The ideal candidate will utilize data-driven insights to scale conversion volume, enhance ROI, and drive business growth through strategic testing and optimization. You will collaborate with creative teams, conduct in-depth campaign analysis, and develop reporting dashboards to communicate performance metrics. This role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing channels, KPIs, and campaign optimization techniques, as well as the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels, including social, SEM, and display, to drive revenue and increase ROI.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights and quantitative analysis, driving growth by scaling conversion volume through testing and optimization.
- Identify marketing performance issues and conduct root cause analysis with tools such as Google Analytics.
- Develop and maintain easy-to-use reporting and visualization dashboards to communicate complicated analyses and performance across marketing channels (e.g., demand funnel, marketing ROI, strategic KPIs).
- Understand and implement new and relevant KPI metrics for performance management and optimization.
- Collaborate with creative team to test innovative strategies, optimize the conversion funnel, and increase demand, leads, and revenue.
- Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per acquisition (CPA) by defining, implementing, and optimizing paid customer acquisition strategies, managing channels, bids, and budget.
- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate advertising efforts, including both organic and paid campaigns, to accomplish marketing objectives.
- Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in digital marketing, Google Analytics, SEM/SEO, or related areas are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer acquisition marketing, including SEM, SEO, display advertising, native, social, and mobile media, as well as landing page optimization.
- Proficiency with performance marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, and a strong understanding of performance marketing channels.
- Experience optimizing campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) like CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and ROI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to conduct data-driven analysis and root cause evaluations to inform marketing strategies.
- Creative thinker with experience executing A/B tests and optimizing conversion funnels.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
- Business-driven with strong planning, presentation, and project management skills.
