POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, SEM, and display advertising. The ideal candidate will utilize data-driven insights to scale conversion volume, enhance ROI, and drive business growth through strategic testing and optimization. You will collaborate with creative teams, conduct in-depth campaign analysis, and develop reporting dashboards to communicate performance metrics. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels, including social, SEM, and display, to drive revenue and increase ROI.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights and quantitative analysis, driving growth by scaling conversion volume through testing and optimization.
  • Identify marketing performance issues and conduct root cause analysis with tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Develop and maintain easy-to-use reporting and visualization dashboards to communicate complicated analyses and performance across marketing channels (e.g., demand funnel, marketing ROI, strategic KPIs).
  • Understand and implement new and relevant KPI metrics for performance management and optimization.
  • Collaborate with creative team to test innovative strategies, optimize the conversion funnel, and increase demand, leads, and revenue.
  • Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per acquisition (CPA) by defining, implementing, and optimizing paid customer acquisition strategies, managing channels, bids, and budget.
  • Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate advertising efforts, including both organic and paid campaigns, to accomplish marketing objectives.
  • Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in digital marketing, Google Analytics, SEM/SEO, or related areas are a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer acquisition marketing, including SEM, SEO, display advertising, native, social, and mobile media, as well as landing page optimization.
  • Proficiency with performance marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, and a strong understanding of performance marketing channels.
  • Experience optimizing campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) like CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and ROI.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to conduct data-driven analysis and root cause evaluations to inform marketing strategies.
  • Creative thinker with experience executing A/B tests and optimizing conversion funnels.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
  • Business-driven with strong planning, presentation, and project management skills.
