Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for service request reception, entitlement check, registration and its distribution.
- Daily inbound and outbound calls and ticket handling on eCare system.
- Routine follow up call and email on the status of the ticket to the customer.
- Carry out service satisfaction surveys, record customer comments and test calls on the regular basis.
- Handle Live chats timely
- Able to work on Night and Day shift on rotation basis.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate MUST possess Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have good patience when handling customer complaints.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional with positive self-image and good attitude.
- Willing to work on long hour and on shifts when required.
- Basic knowledge in handling Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills (in both verbal and written) are essential in this role.
