Job Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for service request reception, entitlement check, registration and its distribution.
  • Daily inbound and outbound calls and ticket handling on eCare system.
  • Routine follow up call and email on the status of the ticket to the customer.
  • Carry out service satisfaction surveys, record customer comments and test calls on the regular basis.
  • Handle Live chats timely
  • Able to work on Night and Day shift on rotation basis.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate MUST possess Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Have good patience when handling customer complaints.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Professional with positive self-image and good attitude.
  • Willing to work on long hour and on shifts when required.
  • Basic knowledge in handling Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills (in both verbal and written) are essential in this role.
