Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project development & implementation assigned by Management. To work with the Marketing Dept where necessary.
- Responsible for project operations and completion within the set timelines and approved budget/contract sum through effective monitoring and coordination with the consultants and contractors.
- To chair and take lead of site meetings and technical meetings.
- To coordinate with consultants’ team and resolve technical matters of assigned projects.
- Review and coordinate with consultant team on the tender / construction drawings and details design, to present to management for approval.
- Leading the site supervision team to ensure all site work is constructed in accordance to latest construction drawings approved by management and in compliance to good engineering practices.
- Must be able to take lead in the coordination between the consultants and the appointed contractor to resolve site/technical matters, and to complete the construction work within the set time frame and ensure reasonable quality of all construction works.
- To follow up closely on all authority’s approval status throughout project development and implementation phase.
- Work closely with consultant team on CCC application and approval.
- To take lead on HOVP process especially on the completion of defects rectification within the required time frame.
- Required to handle multiple projects when necessary.
- Responsible for preparing weekly updates to management on site progress and other site related matters.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture.
- Overall working experience of 8 years in property developer / project management company / construction company.
- Dynamic personality with problem solving capabilities who can work independently and under pressure.
- Possess strong leadership, able to drive and lead the team
- Results oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and leadership skills and able to lead a team of consultants and staff on the accomplishment of tasks.
- Candidate must be able to demonstrate active reporting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Power Point and AutoCAD.
