Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure an efficient working environment.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
  • Coordinate office meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and manage office filing systems and provide administrative support.
  • Other various tasks that may be required including managing social media accounts and supporting the general requirements of the business.
  • Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

  • 1-2 years of experience in office management preferred, but not required.
  • Some knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
