Your new role
Based in Subang, you will be responsible to manage the entire employee life cycle as a sole contributor in the HR department. With existing general processes, you will continue processing the end to end payroll via SQL, end to end recruiting for interns to management level, expatriate management (visa application etc) and general queries from employees. Knowledge in labour laws and employment acts are key alongside strong reasoning/communication skills.
What you'll need to succeed
- More than 4-years experience in full spectrum human resources function
- Independent player with strong communication, reasoning skills and experience in reporting to General Manager, C-Suite, senior management is preferred
- Well-versed in HR systems such as SQL, Infotech, HR2000 for payroll or any equivalent
