Personal Assistant to Director
Job Responsibilities:-
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Director, facilitating communication with internal employees and external stakeholders.
- Act as the first point of contact for the Director, drafting letters, emails, reports, and correspondence, ensuring that all inquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
- Arrange travel logistics, prepare expense reports, and ensure all necessary items are ready.
- Act on behalf of the Director when necessary, making informed decisions, delegating tasks, and meeting with external clients as authorized.
- Work closely and effectively with the Director to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, while following up appropriately.
- Foster effective communication and maintain trust and support between the Director’s office and the staff in his portfolio.
- Execute project work and administrative tasks to support ongoing business operations, including information collation, document formatting, meeting organization, and presentation development.
- Prepare agenda, take minutes, distribute meeting minutes and take note of all follow-up actions required from all meetings diligently
- Exercise good judgements in managing priorities, ensure effective appointments and time achieve a smooth management to flow of Director’s schedules.
- Other ad-hoc tasks that may be deemed necessary and assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Must possess a high level of integrity, highly disciplined and meticulous, and able to work independently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Able to demonstrate excellent resourcefulness and time management.
- 5.5 working days (Saturday - half day)
