We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. You will play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve business objectives.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Assist your Manager and the team in planning and implementing campaigns, and prepare the detailed annual marketing plan and campaign launch flow-plan.

2. Creates and analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.

3. Research, implement and review SEO recommendation to improve SEO ranking.

4. Lead the partnership with the external SEO agency to ensure SEO performance with local relevance.

5. Identify and test new channels to meet or exceed established critical metrics.

6. Specialize in planning, managing, and executing projects related to marketing campaigns.

7. Working with head of departments to turning the strategist’s vision into reality.

8. Support the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.

9. Create and manage calendars for projects and campaigns, develop best practice campaign workflows.

10. Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. At least 5 years of marketing experience in a similar field.

2. Experience in Forex, Trading and CDFs industry is highly preferred.

3. Experience in social media marketing, ROI calculations, product lifecycle, marketing strategy, product promotion, go-to-market plans, and value propositions.

4. Highly organized and able to multitask, detail-oriented, with strong decision-making skills.

5. Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services; this includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demostration, sales techniques and sales control systems.

6. Ability to work across diverse culture, and converse not only in Malay but also in a 2nd language, preferably English.
