Your new role
This role is poised to be a right-hand man of the department lead and expected to be groomed into a leadership role in the near future. You are required to oversee and supervise junior members of the department and lead by example in technical matters such as end to end payroll, developing training processes, recruitment, leading engagement activity plans and digitalisation/HRIS. You will also be the face of the department to address employee queries/complaints/feedback as HR and the general employee life cycle.
What you'll need to succeed
- Preferably minimum 5-7 years of working experience in full spectrum HR
- Preferably from the Property, Construction industry or any equivalent
- Savvy in HR systems such as BOSSNET is an added advantage
- Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
