Requirements:

- Willing to work in a 24 hrs x 7 days shift work (including weekends and public holidays)
- Passionate in helping to resolve customer issues / queries and complaint handling
- Good typing speed & accuracy
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, e-mails, live chats, and messages on social media from customers.
- Answer customer enquiries and resolve customer issues in an efficient and timely manner.
- Help customers with issues related to the service, troubleshoot on the customer's behalf and solve
the customer's problems to the best of your ability. - Responding to customer complaints and implementing customer retention strategies in order to
reduce churn, retain existing business, and increase loyalty. - Use Retention and Saves skills to retain and win back Business Services customers who downgrading
or disconnecting services.
