Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete sales cycle, achieving or exceeding monthly quotas for both new business and existing accounts.
- Identify new prospects through inbound inquiries and self-sourced leads.
- Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives and department heads.
- Deliver online product demonstrations, and occasionally conduct in-person presentations.
- Collaborate with internal champions to engage multiple stakeholders, including direct sales to C-level executives.
- Work closely with relevant departments to adapt our sales strategy in response to new features and product launches.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience, including phone sales, cold calling, presenting, and pitching, preferably in a B2B software environment.
- Significant experience in selling to customers in Malaysia.
- Comfortable engaging with a diverse range of customers.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas, ranking in the top 5-10% of previous positions.
- Previous experience in a startup environment is preferred.
