Job Description:

  • Support and work towards the achievement of the branch sales target and ensure that the sales target are met.
  • Plan monthly sales allocation and communicate effectively with dealers on the target.
  • Daily monitoring of dealers' credit limit and account receivable
  • Function as a coordinator & sharing experience from other dealers on sales activities/events, registration, campaign incentives & campaign trip to another dealer for improvement purpose.
  • Build good rapport with both dealers & sub-dealers through regular monthly planned visits.
  • Maintain networking for information on competitors' activities, new models, competitors' sales incentive campaigns and collect reliable market intelligence & info validation from external sources.
  • Have detailed understanding of Honda products/services.
  • Study, maintain and strengthen networking with Honda dealers and to identify each area's respective weaknesses and strengths.
  • Ensure full range of model line-up display, availability of the latest POP materials at dealers' showroom.
  • Assist to check regularly for Honda Impian X showroom Visual Identity (VI) compliance during dealer visits.
  • Identify gaps and potential in the network as well as proposing relevant action plans.
  • Gather market feedback, information and intelligence reported by sales team, including analysis on competitors' presence and performance.
  • Secure monthly sales orders, target plans and monitor delivery advise and to monitor the dealers' account activities.
  • Review reports on sales and customer service, at the same time to check accuracy of reports through other sources and thus to compile findings with Plan, Do, Check, Action as a base.
  • To encourage and guide dealers to generate higher sales by keeping tabs on dealers' sales record & reassess their credit limits through higher surety deposits.
  • Support parts, merchandize and engine oil sales to ensure annual targets are met.
  • Undertake any other projects, tasks and duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.
  • Requirements:

    *Bachelor's Degree with 5-10 years of related working experiences
    * Experienced in developing, plan and executing department plans in line with company directions and target.
    * Good Communication skills in English, Malay & Mandarin and has a sound analytic mind.
    * Good intuition to make crucial judgment calls on daily operation related issues and has the ability to lead brainstorming session with peers & subordinates to determine the root problems & obtain solutions.
