We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Campaigns Executive to join our team. In this role, you will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our brand and build awareness of the various social and economic issues impacting communities in need. You will collaborate with various departments to implement campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring our messaging resonates with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities:

· Assist to in creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote WV work.

· Conduct market research to identify trends and supporter needs.

· Collaborate with the communication team to plan and develop engaging marketing materials, including poster, email, newsletters, and digital content.

· Plan and implement events (both on-ground and online), including workshops, panel discussions, and activities. Manage all aspects such as budget spending, material production and distribution, and resource allocation, ensuring operations stay within authorised budgets.

· Develop and deliver presentations and training sessions for public and private groups to recruit participants for WVM campaigns, effectively communicating campaign goals and engagement strategies.

· Support event planning and coordination for promotional activities and roadshows.

· Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree with at least one year of relevant working experience in marketing

· Detailed, able to prepare evaluation and monitoring documents

· Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences

· Good command of spoken and written Mandarin and English

· A fast learner and able to multi-task

· Able to work independently as well as being a team player
