  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES

  • Adhere to Deleum and/or customer’s QHSE requirement.
  • Participate in all warehouse toolbox meetings and share any safety moments when required.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of engineers and technicians responsible for the maintenance and repair of Baker Sondex tools.
  • Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure that maintenance activities are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance and repair activities for Baker Sondex tools.
  • Ensure that all service operations adhere to company standards, industry regulations, and client requirements.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting support and technical guidance to resolve complex issues with Baker Sondex tools.
  • Perform detailed root cause analysis on tool failures and develop strategies for preventing future occurrences.
  • Stay informed on the latest technological advancements and updates related to Baker Sondex tools and integrate new techniques and tools into the maintenance process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding the maintenance and repair of Baker Sondex tools.
  • Ensure prompt and effective communication with clients, addressing their concerns and providing updates on service activities.
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of all maintenance and repair activities, including service records, parts usage, and diagnostic reports.
  • Prepare and present reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze service data and feedback to identify trends, address recurring issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform tasks and responsibilities beyond those explicitly outlined in the job description as and when required, provided such tasks are reasonably related to the job and fall within the scope of your qualifications and expertise.

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB

  • Over 6 years of experiences in oil and gas industry.
  • 2 Years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Knowledge on Sondex Tools
  • Basic understanding on Repair and Maintenance on Sondex Tool

ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced technical training or certifications related to Baker Sondex tools is an asset.
