Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be responsible for supporting business development growth and expansion strategies of the company, focusing on all commercial vehicles and distributed by the truck division in the Malaysia markets to achieve the Company’s market shares and expansion of customers’ base to improve profitability.

Main Responsibilities:-

You will be the window person to potential/new Principal or new model with the existing Principal. Part of your responsibilities involves the following:

· Preparing business plan, prepare and present market data to support to support business plan;

· Prepare competitors’ products comparison to support product planning and development;

· Prepare product pricing with related parties (principal, sales, marketing);

· Prepare and review related agreements;

· Coordinate whole phase in process including technical evaluation, branding development;

· Business Approval Application (Government, Tenders, etc.)

· Promote Products and Support Sales Inquiries (Staff, customers, etc.)

· Support Sales to sell the products (Study possible customize variants and Explains or presents products to sales staff and/or customers.)

· Possess and impart in-depth product knowledge to your team that you are leading and managing.

Requirements:-

· Candidate must possess at least Degree/Bachelor in Science/Engineering;

· 10 years of working experiences in automotive industry (Truck and bus segment experiences will be an advantage);

· Good networking and communication skills with hands on approach and self-motivation with good presentation skills;

· Competent People knowledge/skills, excellent verbal & written communication skills; and not limited to

· Able to time manage, multi-task, prioritize and manage work load;

· Able to work on tight schedule and under pressure;

· Able to travel when necessary;

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must.
