About the Job

A Sales Executive is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You are going to identify and target potential clients, manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, and maintain accurate records.

This role involves market research, collaboration with internal teams, and staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Sales Executives also focus on achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and continually improving sales techniques to enhance performance and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Attending inquiries and orders.
  • Responsible for collection of payments from customers.
  • Maintaining good business relationships with customers, providing & supporting customers for products application.
  • Liaise with relevant personnel on customer complaints.
  • Target new business and develop new accounts.
  • Proficient in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Any other job function that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

  • Required SPM / Diploma/ Higher Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in engineering or any related field.
  • Experience in the plumbing, fire system or HVAC industry is more advantageous.
  • At least 2 years in Sales Experience
  • Good Interpersonal Skills - Able to Work well in a team & with clients
  • Multi Language required.
  • Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Possess own transport.
  • 2 Full-Time positions available.
  • Possesses analytical thinking skills and problem-solving capability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
