About us
We are a premium table-top and hotel room amenities supplier to the HORECA trade. We supply to local & international global hotel chains, fine-dining restaurants and restaurant chains. We have been in the industry for more than 50 years and we only represent premium & high-quality industry brands.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales function.
- Having experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, airlines, fine dining restaurants) will be a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Pleasant personality, friendly and approachable.
- Able to converse well in both English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with our Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Perform sales tasks to meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Generate sales leads, follow-up with sales visits and sales & product presentation to customers.
- Maintain and develop an excellent relationship with our existing customers for repeat orders.
- Liaise with suppliers and factories for latest pricing and product information updates.
- Prepare quotation and provide full sales support to customers. Provide all relevant information and complete details to ensure customers are well briefed.
- Work closely with Office and Admin team to ensure all orders are processed and delivered timely.
- Attend to issues, customers complaints or concerns, if any.
- Support in social media marketing.
- Competitors intelligence reporting.
- Other tasks as required by the management.
