We are seeking a passionate Community Manager to lead interactions with global audiences and customers. Your role will be key in maintaining and growing our online presence, engaging with the community, and ensuring effective communication of events and updates, while fostering organic conversations and conversion opportunities. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required, along with being a confident, strategic, and creative online communicator who builds strong relationships with both core and casual audiences. As the primary point of contact, you will develop innovative strategies to foster positive brand sentiment and increase public awareness. You’ll also have the opportunity to create, curate, and publish engaging content for followers, fans, and new customers, while advocating for live tournaments, streams, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies and calendars that ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Strengthen engagement during in-person events and ensure consistent interaction with online communities.
  • Collaborate to produce engaging content, offers, and assets for social channels, emails, and forums to build connections.
  • Post regular, relevant content and encourage user-generated content (UGC) to grow the community.
  • Use data to segment audiences, ensuring communication is targeted and relevant.
  • Partner with marketing to define and implement campaigns, competitions, and paid ads.
  • Build loyalty programs and engagement strategies to retain players and increase participation across platforms.
  • Handle sensitive situations strategically to protect and enhance the brand.
  • Engage with livestream audiences by responding to comments and creating an inclusive, participatory environment.
  • Work with marketing and event teams to plan online and in-person events that increase brand visibility.
  • Build relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and partners to maximize brand reach.
  • Track KPIs such as engagement, retention, and conversion rates, and provide reports and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in gaming, sports, or entertainment.
  • Fluency in English is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record in social media and community management across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Experienced with livestream platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Discord, etc.
  • Strong crisis management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.).
  • Ability to travel as needed to event locations (around Asia)
