Job Scope

Key point of contact for assigned accounts (Customers) with the business - Aligning & managing customer’s requirements with internal parties & relevant 3rd parties, to ensure consistent growth in business volume & profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Budget: Setting and achieving sales budget for assigned customers based on approved DGP, explore all avenues to expand business and increase sales volume for the assigned customer.
  • Stocks availability and fulfilment – record of CSL measurement
  • Presentation: Use Market Trends, Data, Store Audits and competitor intelligence to develop NPD concepts that are market leading and suitable proposals.
  • Quotations & customer contracts: Prepare quotes for customers, and prepare rationale for the cost breakdown to manage the negotiation tactics.
  • Project Management via Key Data Schedules
  • Key holder for all projects.
  • Manage and keep track on product launching timeline by communicating and co-ordinating with customer & all relevant internal departments to ensure smooth product launching.
  • Ensure that related customer queries are responded in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer complaints and follow up with QA team closely to resolve cases.
  • Overall portfolio / key account management: including but not limited to regular customer performance review
  • Others : ad-hoc project & additional customers as assigned by HOS .

Technical Competencies & Qualifications :

  • Graduate Degree/ Diploma (Any)
  • 5 years+ experience in managing key account customers
  • Exposure to Multi-National Culture | Work-environment
  • Planning and developing a Business Plan to grow profitable sales
  • Confident to handle Internal| External Customer Complaints over email/ phone/ web-interface
  • Lead the interface with customers and ensure all communication is handled in a professional and positive manner
