Job Descriptions: - Maintain full set of account, specifically construction accounting in compliance to accepted accounting standards and principles. - Update and monitor fixed assets register. Monitor and support taxation matters. - Liaise with customers to issue invoice, follow up payment, update database, etc. - Liaise with suppliers to make payment, email payment advice, update database, etc. - Liaise with external auditor for yearly closing to ensure audit is completed on a timely and accurate basis. - Liaise with bankers on deposits and financing matters. - Liaise with lawyers for legal matters. Prepare internal reports requested by management. - Handle any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time. Job Requirements: - Degree in Account or equivalent - Fresh graduate or unemployed - A creative and innovative approach to problem solving - Self-motivated, positive personalities, good interpersonal skills
