Qualifications & experience

  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid verbal communication skills in Malay and English; Mandarin is optional.
  • Ability to handle office equipment (e.g., the telephone system, printer and the fax machine)
  • Experience in a related area preferred.
  • SPM or High school diploma.
  • Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8:30a.m. - 5:30p.m.)

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Answer phones, screen calls, and transfer calls to the correct person or department.
  • Maintains all in/out records and other required information as when required.
  • Sorts and delivers incoming mail by department and business function to ensure timely distribution as required.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains clean and presentable.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist with travel arrangements.
  • Maintain filing systems and data entry tasks as needed.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily incoming or outgoing mail or deliveries.
  • Handle other administrative tasks as assigned.
