  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for receiving customer inquiries from various online channels, including Telegram, WhatApp, Email, etc.
  • Promptly engage with live customers, accurately understand their needs, match them with relevant internet products offered by the company, filter out invalid customer leads, and enter relevant information for valid customers.
  • Allocate and guide sales personnel to connect with customers.
  • Provide answers to common customer questions about the company's products.

    • Qualifications:

  • Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
  • Ability to quickly learn and familiarize oneself with the company's SaaS internet products, understand and differentiate customer needs.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and responsible work approach.
  • Experience in online customer service, blockchain, internet marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Training will be provided and required to based at office for the first month.

    1、负责接待公司各个线上渠道前来咨询的客户线索，沟通工具包含Telegram、WhatApp、Email等

    2、及时对接，准确理解客户需求，匹配公司相关互联网产品与客户需求，筛选掉无效客户线索，录入有效客户相关信息

    3、分配引导销售人员对接客户

    4、解答客户关于公司产品的相关常见问题

    任职要求

    1、熟练的中英双语读写能力

    2、能快速学习并上手公司SaaS互联网产品，理解并分辨客户需求

    3、工作严谨、细心、负责

    4、有线上客服、区块链、互联网营销等相关经验者优先

    5、提供培训，入职首月需要到公司上班

    工作待遇

    2、居家工作, 工作时间是 00:30am - 09:30am

    3、在对接客户时无需进行电话通话
