Job Summary

Manage and coordinate the financial functions of the company, including cash flow management, budgetary control, variance analysis, audit, and tax matters.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the full set of accounts and handle monthly reports and analysis.
  • Perform day-to-day finance operations such as general accounting postings, checking and preparing cheque payments, petty cash, staff claims, records, and account filing requirements.
  • Liaise with external tax agents, auditors, bankers, and other finance and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure timely closing of monthly accounts.
  • Handle monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare daily incoming fund lists and daily withdrawal lists.
  • Implement internal financial and procedural controls.
  • Ensure the integrity and security of confidential data.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Qualifications

  • Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.
  • Required languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin-speaking clients)
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SQL, and AutoCount Accounting System.
