Job Summary
We are seeking motivated individuals to assist and support in the design and renovation of retail stores, including new openings, refits, and closures. The selected candidates will collaborate with various teams to ensure the smooth handover of stores, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the property team, administrative staff, and relevant departments to gather and compile project documents for submission and licensing purposes.
  • Coordinate with architects and project runners to manage documentation and track the progress of building plan submissions and business licenses.
  • Support and follow up on new store orders and delivery schedules to ensure timely arrivals at sites or stores.
  • Maintain and organize a systematic filing system for all project-related documents.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports to update on the status of submissions and license applications.
  • Assist colleagues with tasks such as preparing acknowledgment letters, raising purchase orders (POs), and other administrative needs.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, letters, and correspondence with relevant parties to ensure clear communication.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail, especially in reviewing and verifying documents.
