  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The incumbent's responsibilities include the coordination and completion of Business Solution (BS) projects on time within budget and within scope.

Oversee all aspects of BS projects by leading the BS related project by defining, delivering, executing and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies project.

Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of projects by ensuring the project delivery smoothly by coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Job responsibilities:

  • Identify and troubleshoot Business Solution/ ERP issue with end user and programmer.
  • Analyze on Business Solution/ ERP system and data warehouse.
  • Monitor the performance of Business Solution/ ERP system.
  • Monitor and review the Business Solution/ ERP server performance and to ensure run at optimum level.
  • Monitor the number of user access to Business Solution/ ERP system.
  • Business Solution/ ERP reporting extraction and support for reporting

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • ERP system analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good communication skill with end user and vendor
  • Good in database knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Degree/Advance Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience in ERP analyze and support
