Removal Assistant Manager

Job Description 1. Operational Support: Assist the manager in planning and executing removal operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. 2. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience throughout the moving process. Communicate in good Japanese and English in emails, telephones and face to face. 3. Help coordinate logistics for moving jobs, including scheduling, route planning and equipment management. 4. Conduct surveys of household items for relocation and issue accurate quotations. 5. Oversee on-site packing and delivery schedules to ensure that all tasks are executed efficiently and safely. 6. Arrange international shipping logistics, coordinating with relevant parties to facilitate smooth transitions. 7. Organize domestic land transportation arrangements for moving services. 8. Prepare shipping documents in both English and Japanese, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations. 9. Maintain accurate records and data management systems related to customer interactions and operational processes. 10. Prepare reports on any cargo abnormalities and address issues promptly.
