Job Description
- Assist in translating strategic objectives into actionable sales plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to ensure consistency and alignment of sales strategies with overall organizational goals.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings with management, providing detailed insights, proposals, and recommendations based on performance metrics.
- Lead the analysis of sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and sales performance insights to senior management.
- Identify inefficiencies within sales processes, KPIs, or internal structures, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement within the department and across the organization to optimize sales performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape shifts, and conduct market research to identify potential opportunities or threats.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong business analysis skills, data interpretation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Required Skill(s) / Knowledge(s) : Moderate Tableau skill, Advanced Excel skill, Advanced PowerPoint skill, Communication skill.
- Data Analyst experience will be an advantage.
