  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business and Commercial Due Diligence
    • Conduct thorough due diligence on companies seeking equity crowdfunding, including financial analysis, business model evaluation, and risk assessments.
  • Deal Structuring
    • Assist in structuring investment terms and preparing offering documents, ensuring clarity and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Equity Fundraising Deals
    • Originate and execute equity fundraising deals by coordinating with various stakeholders, including investors, legal teams, and corporate clients.
  • Business Proposal Preparation
    • Prepare detailed business proposals and presentations for internal committees, providing insights into potential investments and fundraising opportunities.
  • Financial Analysis and Valuation
    • Conduct financial analysis and valuation of companies across different industries and sizes, ensuring accurate assessments for investment opportunities.
  • Legal and Marketing Material Review
    • Prepare and review relevant legal agreements and marketing materials related to equity fundraising to ensure regulatory compliance and effective communication to potential investors.

    • Other Responsibilities:

    • Platform & Technology Team Involvement
      • Liaise with external web developers to ensure the company website is up-to-date and reflective of current fundraising activities and offerings.
    • Partnership Team Collaboration
      • Maintain relationships with current and potential Venture Partners, ensuring smooth onboarding and continued engagement with key stakeholders.


    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling and valuation.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Knowledge of legal documentation related to equity fundraising is an advantage.
    • Experience in equity crowdfunding or corporate finance is preferred.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
