  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Role: IT Customer Support (Mandarin)

Job Location: KL Sentral

Work Schedule: 9hrs | General Shift 9am - 6pm, 5 days working (Mon to Fri)

  • Education : Diploma & above in IT / Computer Science/Engineering.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin and English
  • Working Hours: 9hrs | 9am - 6pm
  • Working Days: 5 days | (Mon to Fri)
  • Need Immediate joiners only

Responsibility

1. Assist customers by diagnosing and resolving (Exchange Online, Teams and OneDrive and Sharepoint) issues raised in a timely manner.

2. Perform outbound call (Taiwan users) and email follow up to drive open tickets to resolution

3. Work with customers to understand the root cause of the issue, provide guidance and end to end support.

4. Manage open tickets and provide immediate solution till case closure.

5. Perform all documented call flows, work process and complaint management process

6. Ensure services delivered to customer meets client’s KPI target

7. Document all incidents, technical problems and changes with relevant information to allow continuous improvement within the support team.

8. Attend meetings and training sessions for self-development

9. Join case sharing sessions to discuss common issues and resolution
