Job Summary:

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing user interfaces and seamless user experiences across digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand user needs and translate them into practical design solutions. Your expertise in UI/UX principles, user research, and design tools will contribute to the success of our digital products.

Responsibilities:

  • Create prototypes, and design mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Prepare other design documentations, including information architecture, user persona, flow charts and pre-sales supporting slides
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with supervisor, project managers and developers to ensure the feasibility of design solutions and implement them in the final product.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes.
  • Ensure consistency in design elements and interaction patterns across different platforms and devices.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure the seamless integration of design assets and maintain design quality throughout the development process.
  • Advocate for the user's perspective in all design decisions and contribute to a user-centric design culture within the organization.
  • Proficient in prioritizing and executing several assignments concurrently.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role, with a portfolio of past projects that demonstrate your design skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effect, Figma, or similar. Proficiency in other relevant software and plugins such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Marvel App, MockFlow and Miro
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Knowledge of user research techniques, usability testing, and user personas.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationale to non-designers.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
