  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Operations to plan, direct and control the initiatives and overall activities of the production.
  • Accountable for the entire production in relation to customer continuity.Develop, implement and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for the key initiatives.
  • To ensure production targets and objectives are achieved to meet company’s growth strategies.
  • Monitor effectiveness of workflow improvements and develop or improvise standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production.
  • To ensure delivery on time according to the standard set.
  • To plan, control and review all cost control measures so as to ensure production is cost effective with minimum wastage level.
  • To plan and review all health, safety and environment programs so as to ensure work environment complied with health and safety requirements.
  • Responsible for work-in-progress QC checking to ensure quality of final products is met. Work closely with QA to ensure product quality requirements are compliant and improve process control during manufacturing.
  • Ensure that we have sufficient spare critical parts for the equipment / machineries in the factory.
  • Conduct regular reviews for all departments to ensure all KPIs/targets are being met.

Job Requirement:

  • At least 4 - 6 years experience in CNC / Machining manufacturing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing with minimum 8-10 years relatable manufacturing experience is required.
  • Experience in CNC/Aerospace/Medical/Life Science/Machine Automation/ EMS /Semi-Con/E & E/Sheet Metal/Aluminum Extrusion/Plastic/Metal Stamping manufacturing environment will be added advantage.
  • Result Oriented, Problem Solver, a Team leader.
