TECHNICIAN

Maintain the day-to-day operations and to assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Department executive. Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service request as assigned. Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations. Completed the Preventative Maintenance Program and Generate Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports of machine performance Coordinate with the external contraction in carrying out timely preventive maintenance programs on mechanical and environmental protection system in order to maintain the best possible working condition. Coordinate special projects as directed by the Head of Department. Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors. Responsible for 24 hours emergency maintenance service as scheduled. Carry cell phone as required for on-call maintence. Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned. Responsible for alerting the Head of Department of any unusual occurrence and damaged that have take place or that may occur. General cleaning-Manage and maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the plant. To lead in the absence of Assistant Maintenance Manager. Responsible for Food Safety System implementation ( e.g HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000, BRC, IFS, HALAL) Perform any other duties as assigned.
